Platform Thesis
This hub exists to separate public narrative from private execution without splitting the operating model across too many tools.
The public side explains what is being built and why it matters. The private side is where the active systems live: launch surfaces, artifacts, health checks, and the small set of operational notes that keep the machine coherent.
What belongs here
- Select public work that can stand on its own
- Private launch points for real applications
- Internal artifacts that need to stay easy to revisit
- System health and deployment visibility for the things that matter now
What does not belong here
- Full product implementation details that belong in the product repo
- Generic document dumping without an access or retrieval strategy
- A broad multi-user platform abstraction
Operating principle
The hub should stay thin. It is not the center of every system. It is the center of access to the systems that matter.
